I am all about creating connection: between you and your parts, between you and your loved ones, between you and your professional communities. I am dedicated to training the next generation of trauma-informed IFS therapists. I am an IFS Certified Therapist and Approved Consultant. I have nearly twenty years of training and experience resolving simple and complex trauma, and more than a decade training clinicians.

I strive to be antiracist and culturally aware. I am an LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent affirming practitioner. 

I have been lucky enough to have studied with Richard Schwartz, Philip Manfield, Janina Fisher, Chris Burris, Cece Sykes; I am gifted daily by the brilliant writings of Frank Anderson, Martha Sweezy, Bessel van der Kolk, Patricia Papernow, Michelle Glass, and so many others. I stand on their shoulders. I integrate Internal Family Systems, attachment theory, Sensorimotor, and a bit of EMDR therapies into my trainings and consultation.

I draw inspiration and renewal from nature–skies, clouds, the ocean. I divide my time between training and mentoring clinicians, and writing.

I am a graduate of the University of California San Diego in Political Science, and hold a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Holy Names University, Oakland, CA. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (MFC40568).
