Tapping into our natural multiplicity to resolve complex trauma with Internal Family Systems
We all have parts! Little pockets of consciousness that are frozen in time, outside the reach of subsequent learning and experience. This is part of being human, but if we suffer trauma, our parts can be harder to reach. Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) understands how to tap into this natural multiplicity, to gently heal these young, vulnerable parts of ourselves. I bring twenty years of training and experience resolving simple and complex trauma to my practice of IFS—and I am dedicated to training the next generation of trauma-informed IFS therapists.

Trauma-informed IFS Case Consultation
My approach to cases includes a layering of theoretical approaches, including attachment theory, EMDR, neurobiology, Sensorimotor, Somatic Experiencing, and Structural Dissociation—all surrounded and infused with the magic that is Internal Family Systems. My goal is for clinicians to learn clear and effective case conceptualization that they can then apply on their own with confidence. One, two, or three 55 minute consultations, over three months.
Cost: $250/session.
