Retreat for Therapists: Cultivating SELF-energy in the Midst of Global Uncertainty

Do you need some TLC for your therapist self?

How can you be grateful when so many people are suffering? 

Feeling Zoomed-out? A sort of vague exhaustion you can’t seem to shake? Feeling unusually moody? This is a weekend retreat designed to bring clarity and consciousness to the experience of being a helping professional during the Covid 19 pandemic. Giving more to your clients and feeling less satisfaction is a story I keep hearing from colleagues. This retreat is a chance to look clearly at the many (often conflicting) feelings that are lurking underneath your hardworking therapist self. Through meditation, writing, sharing, and movement, you will unblend from numb, scared and exhausted parts, and come into your true, magnificent SELF.

You can expect to leave the workshop with the tools to develop and maintain these practices, as well as an increased access to Self in your daily life and with your clients.

Cost: Pay what you can. $225 down to $35. (I don’t want cost to stand in your way.)
